All picnics include;
We can provide all or just certain items for your picnic. We can cook your meal on site at any location, prepare and deliver, or have any of these items ready for you to pick up.
ll our buffets include a variety of salads, fresh fruits and vegetables, rolls or breads, potatoes or rice, and desserts.
e can mix and match with your special requests; for example anchoite salmon (encrusted salmon filet smeared with herbed paste) add a small sirloin steak with apple jack brandy sauce for additional $3.50.
e have great flexibility. We can mix and match any entrees, garnishes, potato dishes, specialty salads and even add flambe desserts at your request.
The price quotes are for groups of 80+ persons and are just suggestions.
