Bar Policy:
For your special events, we offer complete liquor by the drink, beer, and wine service.
If your event is held at the Turf Club, bar service is available at any time between 10 a.m. and 1 a.m.
If you book an event with a bar, the cost will assume a maximum event time of 6 hrs, unless prior arrangements are made.
If your event is catered at your home, business, or other facility, a portable bar may be just what you need.
Our bar service could be furnished to you as "complete" or we may furnish just the specialty items you order.
Our professional staff can accommodate everyone's tastes...from a keg of beer to a bottle of the finest wine.

The cost of a portable bar is packaged in several convenient ways, the most common are:
~ NO HOST -This allows your guests to pay for their own drinks.
~ HOSTED -All drinks are bought by the host and your guests pay nothing. This can be done on a per drink basis, total dollar amount,
time limit ,or the number of drinks served.
~ TICKETS -Upon arrival at your event, each guest is given a certain amount of color-coded tickets representing the number of drinks the
guest will receive paid for by the host. When the guest orders a drink, the waitress or bar will in turn write down the amount on the ticket
and bill you. You can
set the price for the tickets for specialty drinks, wines or beer, but the total cost of all the drinks usually runs more by trying to average
the drink prices together.
~ BY BOTTLE, CASK OR KEG -This particular method is normally used for the portable bar only. The host of the party pays only for
each bottle or portion thereof which is used. The charge for the mixes is included. Please call for our current price list. Imported or special
wines are priced according to the current market. Andre or Franzia champagne can be purchased per bottle ,which includes the use
of our three-tier table fountain and glassware, if you wish. Please call for Cask and Keg prices. Imports or specialty ordered wines are
sold at the current market prices.
~ TIME LIMIT -The host will furnish drinks to the guests for a certain time limit, for example, our bar would provide drinks until the band
started or until the dinner was served.

For all portable bars, there will be a charge for a special liquor permit which enables us to serve alcoholic beverages anywhere in the
State of Idaho. This permit must be secured in the county where the event will take place and it usually requires two weeks for approval.
If you wish to have our staff attend to your guests, we have a price for appropriately attired professional servers.
All bar services will have a minimum price in sales, or there will be set up charge. All Federal, State, and Local Alcohol dispensing laws
and regulations will be followed.

No alcohol will be served to anyone under the age of 21.
